DialTone is a Powerful, Proven multi-line outbound Dialer, Compatible with all existing dialing methods. DialTone takes responsibility for your call processing work, and your agents can spend the majority of their time producing results. With your agents focused on talking, not dialing, you will get results from your campaigns much more rapidly.

DialTone offers and supports all methods of Outbound Dialing for your Call Center: Preview Dialing, Progressive Dialing and Predictive Dialing. DialTone's powerful campaign management tool will allow you to create and run an unlimited number of campaigns, each with its own set of rules, database and schedule.

DialTone supports the sending of SMS and EMAIL messages as backup to the primary voice messages. You can also create SMS campaigns for mass-messaging. DialTone's telemarketing engine ensures each customer will be reached eventually, according to your rules and priorities: how much time to wait after a "Busy" signal or a "No Answer", how many times a number should be tried before moving the secondary number for that customer, and all other needed definitions.

Prioritizing your campaigns is easy, using DialTone's four priority levels to select which campaign should get more resources. It is also possible to use DialTone for automatically returning abandoned incoming calls from your Call Center (Aspire's Optimus or other call center software), or even for adding a "Call Me" button to your web site!
